I have completed my BA in Education with a concentration in Psychology from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.  I have also recently completed a post graduate certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. I possess a great understanding for the “upstream approach” to health and would like to see how it could possibly enable myself and others in need of guidance in achieving optimal health. In my spare time, I enjoy being active and enjoying the great outdoors.
